How to Request Data Deletion
To have your personal data deleted, simply send us an email with your request.

- Subject Line: Data Deletion Request
- Required Information: Please include the name, email address, and phone number you used when interacting with us so we can accurately locate your records.
What Happens Next?
Upon receiving your request:
- We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 3 business days.
- We will delete your personal data (including contact details, chat logs, and booking records) from our active databases, CRM systems, and AI integrations.
- If you are a past client, we may be legally required to retain certain financial or transactional records for tax and accounting purposes. We will inform you if any data cannot be immediately deleted for this reason.
- Once the deletion process is complete, we will send you a final confirmation email.
Third-Party Apps & Integrations
If you interacted with us via Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and wish to remove our connection to your profile, you can do so through your app settings:
- Facebook/Instagram: Go to your account Settings & Privacy > Apps and Websites, and remove Moments to Frames Studio.
